At Velasca, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Italian handcrafted items. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn product within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the leather and soles are protected, and include the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our workshop, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
